  • Irene Gutan

    CHIEF CREATIVE DIRECTOR

    Master’s degree in Advertising; Master’s degree in Human Resources Management

    Bachelor‘s degree in International Economic Transactions; Bachelor’s degree in Communications and PR

    2008 started her career in quality control and process improvement, continuing with several positions in areas like: Accounting, Project and Change Management, Corporate Communications

    2014 founded the destination wedding planning and design company High Emotion Weddings, which quickly developed into an Austrian market leader.

    2017 started the international expansion of High Emotion Weddings to further European destinations, like Italy, France, Germany.

    2021 took over the Chief Creative Officer position within The Beauty Chaser, aiming at reimagining the way wedding and event venues and vendors tell their story, to attract a larger and higher-end audience.

  • Mihai Gutan

    CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

    Master of Business Management

    Bachelor’s degree in Philology

    2004 started his career in international business management, with focus on international logistics.

    2007 took over a new role in a multinational company with focus on quality management and business process improvement projects

    2012 started his own company concentrating on business consulting. Conducted several projects for major companies aiming to expand their presence on the European market.

    2021 developed a new set of business consulting services focusing on event vendors. Main target audience – event locations suitable for destination weddings.

Our project management, consulting, design, and business process improvement skills within large companies, coupled with the love of art, beauty, and spectacular celebrations, enabled us to build High Emotion Weddings in 2014. It quickly became a successful destination wedding planning and design agency, focusing on creating memorable experiences at Europe’s finest venues and for clients from around the world.

 

Working closely with several professionals of the wedding and event industry, we couldn’t help but notice several areas of improvement, and that is how The Beauty Chaser was born: a game-changing branding and business consulting agency - by event professionals - for event professionals.

 

It is our goal to make fellows of the wedding and event industry shine in their best light, while offering their clients the experience they truly deserve. Moreover, we make it our mission to establish a new and improved aesthetic, business ethics and efficiency standards for the entire wedding and event industry.
